Long time reader, first time post-er. Have to say that I have little in common with you. I have been suffering through a long term illness and have found inspiration in your account of your life. I feel through your blog, your spirit and that you are a serious spitfire. And I am really glad to read that your test results are low. That said..... did that study mention what kind of milk people were consuming. I am thinking cow's milk most likely, but did it say anything about organic milk or raw milk? I would guess that regular milk may be different in Sweden than grocery store milk here.... the standards in Europe may be different in terms of how farmer's raise their cattle and process the milk. Anyhoo..... Made me think. I have been allergic to milk all my life but I have always wanted to try raw organic milk to see if I am actually allergic to it or the process of commercial grocery store milk. But maybe I dodged the bullet altogether by being allergic to the dairy cow family of foods. They are sooo yummy though. Nothing compares to that fatty flavour. Sigh. Have you started gardening yet? You lucky bastards on the west coast get to have such a long season of green. OooooHHHHH! I hope you all appreciate it. There are many beautiful and super things about living in the prairies but a long gardening season ain't one of them. Wishing you, and your Elaine a good day, with many to follow.
